RESERVATION
Reservations are made directly online through our . Tables are automatically released three months in advance. For parties of 15 or more, please send an email request to groups.oslo@punkroyale.com.
All reservations must be verified with a credit card to be confirmed. No charge is made at the time of booking. Reservations that are not confirmed immediately are automatically deleted by the system.
BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATION TERMS
The reservation is valid for the stated number of guests. Changes in party size are offered given availability and are made via the dedicated link in the booking confirmation. Free reduction or cancellation is permitted up to 2 days (48h) before arrival. In the event of reduction or cancellation later than 2 days (48h) before arrival, a fee of 500 NOK on weekdays and 750 NOK on weekends, per cancelled guest will be charged. This charge also applies for absentee guests or no-shows.
Please note that the person making the reservation is personally responsible for the entire party. This responsibility includes finding a suitable number of substitutes for any late reductions in party size – regardless of reason – in order to avoid being charged a fee.
ALLERGIES/DIETARIES
Allergies/dietaries are reported at time of booking. Please state the number of people for which each discrete allergy/dietary applies. Additional information and/or revisions can be emailed to specialdiet.oslo@punkroyale.com up to 48 hours before arrival. Allergies/dietaries that are not reported in time will not be accommodated. Punk Royale cannot serve vegetarians, vegans or people who are allergic to milk protein, eggs, citrus, fish/seafood or onion/garlic. Guests with lactose intolerance are advised to ingest lactose pills before their visit, as we do not use lactose-free substitutes. ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
Our dining environment features sound and light effects that may cause discomfort for the particularly sensitive. Parties of 5 or more may be seated on two or more adjacent tables. Punk Royale is a cash-free restaurant. We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
